This policy describes what actually happens when you open this website. It does not describe planned features.
Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the provider named in the legal notice.
Server log files
When you open this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the hosting provider's server, where it is stored in log files. What is recorded are the accesses to the web space and the IP address in anonymised form. If access is made through a proxy server, that server's IP address is recorded. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and trouble-free operation of the website.
The log files are kept by the hosting provider for a maximum of eight weeks and deleted automatically thereafter.
Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider processes the data arising when the page is opened on our behalf; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Under that agreement, processing takes place in a member state of the European Union or in a contracting state of the European Economic Area. Any transfer to a third country occurs only under the conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor comparable techniques. There is therefore no consent banner.
Audience measurement
The hosting provider operates a server-side audience measurement (IONOS WebAnalytics). It processes the previously visited page, the page or file requested, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access, and the IP address in anonymised form. The evaluation happens on the server; nothing is stored in your browser for it and no script is loaded.
Beyond that, no analytics, advertising or tracking services are embedded.
External content, fonts and scripts
This page loads no fonts, scripts, styles, images or videos from third parties. Every component is delivered together with the page.
Getting in touch
The contact buttons on this website open your own email program. There is no contact form; simply opening the page collects no contact data. If you write to us, we process your information solely to handle your enquiry, on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Please contact the address given in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
